钢铁进口量激增可能触发越南反倾销措施

越南《经济时报》9月24日报道：据海关总局最新统计，今年1～8月越南共进口钢铁991万吨，同比增长41.1%；进口金额27亿美元，同比增长40.4%。其中，从中国进口近600万吨，增长79.4%；从日本进口169万吨，增长13.8%；从韩国进口114万吨，增长26.7%。

越南钢协表示，近年来越南钢铁行业发展很快，但每年仍有大量钢铁成品半成品涌入，尤其是中国钢铁产能严重过剩，人民币转向贬值，导致中国钢铁出口越南激增，给越南钢铁行业造成不小冲击。随着越南多个自贸区协定生效，年底起越南钢铁市场还要面对更多国家的激烈竞争。为保护国内钢铁行业，工贸部日前决定，拟对来自中国、印尼、马来西亚和台湾的冷轧不锈钢启动反倾销措施，只要相关方提供证据和请求，工贸部即发起反倾销调查。
